It's a quiet bloggity blog weekend as I've been studying for my Arch exam tomorrow. Uh huh. Blogging will resume it's normal pace tomorrow as after writing the exam I will have approximately a week off from school. A have a couple book reviews on the way.
In palaeoanthropological news, fragments of a Neandertal skull were recently discovered in the Netherlands, dredged up from the North Sea. According to an article at PalArch, tools commonly believed to be of Neandertal origin had been previously found at this site, but this is the first time actual Neandertal remains have been found in this region of Europe. So it's beginning to appear as though those crazy Neadandertals might have had a wider range of habitat than previously believed.
Now back to the books...
